TOTAL increases 37 2004 percent profits

(AOF) - Total issued Thursday morning a net profit excluding non-recurring items of 2,366 billion on behalf of its fourth quarter 2004, against a net profit of 1,747 MdEUR recorded in the same period of 2003 (+ 35% ). Net income doubled to 3,237 MdEUR the fourth quarter increasing to 37 2004% for the year to 9,612 MdEUR. The operating income, excluding non-recurring items, increased 58 5,077% in the fourth quarter MdEUR 2004 and 17,12 MdEUR spring for the full year (+ 32%).

The annual turnover was up to 17% to 122,7 34,8 MdEUR MdEUR which in the last quarter (+ 27%).

Note d'econologie: And yes! When the barrel is expensive the oil tankers get rich! It is therefore quite naturally in their interest to maintain a high barrel. This can be practiced in different ways ... I am not a geopolitical specialist but it is certain that not everything is "pink" in this environment.
Also when a tanker is the head of the most powerful country in the world, it is legitimate to question the impartiality of its policy!
