The Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development has just released the 2004 data from the Pollutant Emissions Register of Industries and Livestock.
Available data
The register presents annual flows of pollutants emitted in water, air, soil and waste produced by classified installations subject to prefectural authorization under the legislation of classified installations. It covers 100 pollutants for emissions into water, 50 for emissions into the air (including toxic and carcinogenic substances) and 400 hazardous waste categories.
More than 38 000 data are now publicly available covering more than 4 900 industrial plants and 600 farms.
