Hello Camille42

Do any of you know better about this? What do you think? and do you think it can be used by individuals?

The asphalt represents a large surface heated in the sun. This is similar to a solar thermal panel. If the town hall does not decide all the 4 mornings to disembowel the street with backhoe to tinker 2 pipes and 3 cables as they are used to do in France, it must be playable.

On the contrary, it seems to me that this is happening in certain parts of Montreal, the road is heated by an electric coil to avoid ice on the roadway.
