HHO kit back experience?

Unread Messageby jammaster » 04/01/10, 22:30

Hello,

I registered because it's been a while since I am what is happening in the world of the breast HHO.
I just have opinions on this type of fuel.

Quick Overview.

Jean-Luc, 30 years, passionate sports car, mecha, info etc.
I prepared a few engines and reprograms much of Motronics PSA with some Marelli. So I'm doing programming of ECU.
I made a few Ethanol Kits 106 / sax / zx etc. (Bi fuels eproms 2)
I also developed some softs rerog and calculation engine (engine desk, 4age remap etc ...)
I have a AX 1.0 for every day (it is she that I would perhaps modified), an Ax GTI and a Toyota Corolla AE86.

Here :)

My question questioning of the HHO, hoping not to repeat the points of the forum.

- Does the oxyhydrogen out of a cell is called "stoichiometric"? (Perfect combustion?)

- Do HHO can operate in said mixture poor (like gasoline)? (Alone without hydrocarbon)

- What energy emerges 1L HHO (related 1L hydrocarbon / oxygen stochio)?

- An engine breathes 1L about 35L air per second 6000rpm. (With a filling tx 0.7). Do 0.5L could be enough (to the extent that I do not know the energy provided by 1L HHO) ... I think the VERY large cells provide about 20 / 25L min.

- Why HHO kits (ebay) are not equipped chopper / resonators to improve energy efficiency?

Here ;)

Hi, I just also register but in recent months I surf the forums HHO.Ancien body builder / painter and mechanic then eight years of military and currently auto technician training I just ordered me a 17 dry cell plates 2l / min 25amp, I looked impacience to install it on my coupe audi 1,8L Kjet of 90 bought a 83000km grandpa.
after having changed some parts (poch lapping kit distri etc ....)
may be a more than € 1500 pieces (his occupies ...... lol) a stainless steel production line is needed to accommodate my HHO.
Tired of reading the enormous potential differences I'm going to make my own opinion and damn bad so what if its fair chuis very curious !!!!
Will result in the aiments, vortex, ammonia, patonise, prayers and companies! Of course not !!! : Shock:
I'll do as tt the world ..... : Frown:
Not to follow! : Lol:
HAPPY NEW YEAR to all and keep it up !!!! : Mrgreen:

Technicauto: well ... we expect from you, preferably on the topic "improved electrolysis," we advise you to read completely: there are only 250 pages :D

Jam self wrote:

It is even one of the stoichiometric that is: 2 1 to H atoms of O

- Do HHO can operate in said mixture poor (like gasoline)? (Alone without hydrocarbon)

Even that's going to peter you mouth if you do not watch out!

- What energy emerges 1L HHO (related 1L hydrocarbon / oxygen stochio)?

Very little, that's why we talk about doping, hoping that it will change the flame speed and perfect combustion: a super match

- An engine breathes 1L about 35L air per second 6000rpm. (With a filling tx 0.7). Do 0.5L could be enough (to the extent that I do not know the energy provided by 1L HHO) ... I think the VERY large cells provide about 20 / 25L min.

Well, we're still waiting for someone proves that it serves some purpose (same answer: read carefully the 250 pages of "improved electrolysis)

- Why HHO kits (ebay) are not equipped chopper / resonators to improve energy efficiency?

Well, if you axes, you decrease the amount of energy supplied to the system: still waiting for an experimenter shows us that there is a frequency-system size combination that increases yield

HHO EXPERIENCE

Unread Messageby francklompa » 01/09/10, 00:59

Hello everyone,
I know Kitt HHO, ca comes from the United States, where oil prices have soared. people resorti former patents diesel combustion with a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen via electrolysis of water. Nasa had done tests in 70 years, enough positive results as more efficiency, less carbon pollution, better combustion.

I installed it on my system 205TD Peugeot, hho kit 21 1.5 plates producing approximately liters of gas per minute has 24amp envirion. The problem of this system is the consumption of electricity, frankly ca consume anyway, because ca slows the alternator and the engine (you can see it).
In terms of fuel economy I did not test because I did not run long enough to see 700km style. In terms of pollution, I think this helps to burn more diesel is injected as 2 1 atoms of hydrogen to oxygen atom very réatif mixture (hence the term HHO). the system becomes effective when the water begins to heat up, product ca lot of HHO gas.
I think the best is to install a 2eme battery to power the HHO kit, but I have no place in my 205.Probleme kit hho: conso electric, adds potassium KOH in deionized water to make conducting water.

my video
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xbb551 ... t-oxy_auto

From my point of view, the ecopra system is much more interesting says Pantone system
Here the water is heated by the exhaust and then re-injected into the air intake, the diesel engine is running very round, and in terms of carbon is very bas.Vous've never noticed your diesel engine was running well when it rains or wet ..
the problem this kit is priced 700eur.

Water Kit doping ecopra e = m6

It is amazing that the self contructors ignored this principle pantone, because the car with an EGR valve is about the same principle they récuppèrent the exhaust gas and reinject ds the engine to burn better and produce less atoms.

Too many economic challenges, imagine 60millions people put water in their trunk, less pollution but less money to enter the state and the petroleum industry, less carbon or your engine will last too long etc ..... o :))

HHO

Unread Messageby francklompa » 01/09/10, 01:00

Hello
look what it makes to throw water in very hot oil.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yn_nAyskMKQ

it's a fairly simple principle of physics, the water thrown into hot oil will be sprayed hot steam, water = hydrogen and oxygen fuel equal.

this is why the principle pantone is really ingenious as invention.il was thinking. we récuppere heat exhaust pot, ca can reach 600degré.
Hot steam returns to admission. it's obvious that it's going to help better burning diesel o :)))

THESE WATER

Unread Messageby francklompa » 01/09/10, 01:01

Here a school thesis of paris mines
https://www.econologie.com/these-des-min ... -4288.html

Summary

Heavy fuel oils, waste oils or animal fats are dense, viscous fuel that can be promoted. Burn these fuels in emulsion with water reduces the flame length and especially the formation of solid carbonaceous residues (particles) with respect to the pure fuel.

Because the phenomenon of micro explosion, which involves the rapid vaporization (<0.1 ms.) Internal water droplets, breaks up the emulsion droplet into smaller droplets. Initially, an unsteady model of the emulsion droplet allows, through an appropriate criterion (vaporization of internal water droplets in liquid state
metastable) establish a numerical prediction of his time micro explosion. This prediction is confronted with experimental data from the literature, with different combustion parameters and different formulations of the emulsion (or 27 different situations).

Can this model of individual droplet is incorporated into a spray combustion model, taking into account the phenomenon of micro explosion: the results allow
to compare the obtained flame (~ 150 kW) with and without emulsifying the fuel. This comparison of temperature fields and flame lengths qualitatively confirms the trends observed in experimental studies of literature. Finally, an experimental campaign on an industrial boiler modest power (~ 200 kW) measures a reproducible drop (between 30 and 35%) of particulate emissions using an emulsion of water in heavy fuel oil, compared to pure heavy oil. Measuring the size of particles emitted helps provide a micro explosion indicator.

I had tried a 14 17 amp plates on a peugeot partner 1.9D, mechanical pump and I had measures: one is in measurement errors (variations of subjective driving IT °, route differences in 0,2 0,3 l / km on 100 7,5 l / 100km)

2 your past interventions seem relevant but should be in a different subject, I seem.

hho

Unread Messageby francklompa » 01/09/10, 15:42

Hello how you measured your amp? you put an ammeter in series in the circuit hho?

I plates 21, 4 neutral between each plate supplied (5plaques). ca consume and produce amp 25 1.5 liters of gas per minute. the problem is that ca slows down the alternator and the engine. It uses a lot in electricity; So I fear for the life of the alternator.

No need to "kit" HHO to achieve these effects: the misted water well enough ...

The simplest way, by inserting an ammeter (needle) between the fuse when I plugged myself and + of élephtrolyseur.

I plates 21, 4 neutral between each plate supplied (5plaques). ca consume and produce amp 25 1.5 liters of gas per minute. the problem is that ca slows down the alternator and the engine. It uses a lot in electricity; So I fear for the life of the alternator.

It is the equivalent of your wiper + headlights + some other stuff. Night in winter on a small car, it gets a little limit to the battery that could drain faster it loads.

Basically, one of the first test to do is cut / switch on the electrolyzer, idling (hot). If the engine does not change noise or tachometer system is that the electrolyser is not used much.
