Here is the text of European directives defining the use of biofuels in Europe and France:

- Directive 2003 / 30 from 8 May 2003 to promote the use of biofuels or other renewable fuels for transport. Click here to download.

It is this Directive, favorable to the development of HVB, which puts France Outside the Law with Article 265-ter of the Customs Code that it was récement slightly modified. See : biofuels and Customs Code.

- Directive 2003 / 96 from 27 2003 October restructuring the Community framework for the taxation of energy products and electricity.

This document refers, by cons, no vegetable oils the Brutes by merely talking methyl ester of vegetable oil (ie: Diester).
