Biofuel: oils based on micro-algae

Online posting of an article (by David Lefebvre) about this very promising route on biofuels.

Selected pieces:

- a hectare of algae could produce 30 to 120 times more oil than a hectare of rapeseed or sunflower.
- (The) technique makes it possible, in sunny weather, to recycle up to 82% of the CO2 contained in the smoke from the power plants.
- Regarding production costs, the Americans are announcing profitability from a barrel price of 19 to 57 dollars. Individual algae solar panels are also being explored for farmers.
