A wish that could be interesting to limit the use of the plane at a time when prices are really low.
The first classes would pay 4 times more than seccondes what would seem fair to me. It may be regrettable that the tax is the ticket and not the consumption of kerosene, companies may limit even more staff to reduce costs.
It remains to be seen if this will be well applied and how the money will be used, but the principle seems good to me.
