I have rarely seen a forum so responsive !!! thank you.

We are therefore waiting for Mr. Macro ...

I work in parallel on the filter socks, anyway it will only be better for the future valve ...

2 suppliers in the metropolis offer me one; one in 50 microns, the other in 100. would you have any feedback to give me on a choice!
I am scared that with the 50, a rapid fouling is to be noted although we have neither clay, nor marl etc ... and if it is the case remains more than to make a new drilling .. .

thank you, the simplest thing is to make them ... it will allow me to make the most of the space I have, ie 75 mm.

Memoir my valve was it (it was used to pump vegetable oil in drums)
ball valve house.jpg

With a ball in diameter 25

http://www.ebay.fr/itm/like/14189751375 ... ps&lpid=97

It was enough to break in the seat by rubbing the ball on the inside of the brass reduction with a little bit of break in to heal seal and it was rolling ... I also did not swallow stones at the pump but I have seen this system on pumps with charged water ... When the valve goes wrong just take the riser and shake it from bottom to top ...

Another thing to ensure the tightness of the valves ... Install a bladder balloon in delivery of the pump (with control pressure switch) when the pump stops the balloon maintains the pressure in the whole column this pressure will press the valve of bottom and pump lining (watch out for expansion if cold water is pumped and the ball is exposed to heat) and if the column foot valve leaks the pump will restart (electricity used to nothing but the system does not deactivate) ...
Personally I work with the bladder system in my rainwater tank which feeds my house (but not with this type of valve because I have a floating strainer) and no worries of defusing ... On the other hand if the valve and the column are not waterproof the pump starts for nothing ...

Thank you for the sketch ... I would try to realize that in PVC, the water on the coast is sometimes slightly brackish.

Question balloon, that's what I have at home, a salmson that has worked wonderfully for almost 15 years but I am spring water, not drilling.

It can also be done with a stainless steel truck brake cylinder without a bladder meter inside ...

it shows that you do not know Reunion too well ... it is a beautiful island but as soon as you leave the beaten track, hello the galley ...
I buy almost everything on the metropolis ... except the pipes!

well obliged ...

I just called a supplier in the metropolitan area regarding filter socks. he strongly advised against working with this type of product in my type of s / s ... clogging guaranteed within 3/4 years ...

Who said that the driller's job was simple ...

For stainless steel bladder tanks ... it's not as expensive as I thought (but I'm used to industry prices so it tends to bite)

you multiply by 2 or even 4 for import with us ...
24 liters is still weak for a 2m3 day watering. I was thinking of importing it for my boot tray ...
