PV solicitation self-financing

by phil88 » 27/05/14, 16:46

Hello,
after having been consulted by telephone for the installation of photovoltaic panels, I received this day the direct seller.
I specify that I did not sign anything!
He (direct seller) represents the company SUNWORLD.
Before his visit, I had looked for some information in order to follow and check.
German 250w panel + 10% is 0,31 instead of 0,29 if roof integration, otherwise: 0,17.
envisaged installation 4500wc / h is 30 m2 and annual production estimated at 2400 € worst case (1750 hours for east france).

Installation cost: 25500 €
with 1500 of "premium" sunword + something else that I will re-confirm, i.e. an installation at around € 17000. estimated amortization: 8 years
a contract of 20ans with EDF

Where it gets complicated and I have concerns: FINANCING
a credit company is always there to solve everything and the accounts are balanced. In the end, it costs 0 €.

I'm looking for where is the trouble?
Do you have feedback?
please

At power level, it seems already optimistic: 30 m² it would rather 3000 Wc 4500 ...

Then, the average production is of the order 1kWh / year by Wc (a little less in Strasbourg and a little more in Nice).
Even with 4500Wc it would give 4500 kWh, either between 4500 * 0,17 = 765 € and 4500 * 0,31 = 1395 € per year (and with 3000Wc, between 510 and 930 € per year)

Does the credit institution reduce the monthly payments if the production is lower than the commercial's estimate? :?:

1) This subject is already covered in detail here. Seek a little.

2) The scam is very simple:

- in the East, 1 kWc produces approximately 1 000 kWh. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.

- therefore the promise of 2 euros of income per year is a pure lie; finally, a "promise which commits only those who believe in it". Do you have a writing ???

4 500 Wc = 4,5 kWp

This makes an average production of 4 500 kWh per year.

At 31 cents per kWh (well, it's more like 0,0305 seems to me), that will make you 1 375 euros per year. On average. Sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more.

So, at no cost (but there is at least the rental of the meter; you have to consider replacing the inverter; you will probably need insurance ...) you already have more than 12 years before to recover the stake ... I take back your 17 euros, with your mysterious "something else" (I hope it's not the tax credit; there aren't any since January 000) .

24 000 euros is 17,5 years!

And you're right: the UFC Que Choisir in its review this month denounces these "linked loans", with rates that are too high.

Always deal with his bank!

For Alsace, the expected yield of 4500 Wc is rather of the order of 3600 KWh / year. I do not know the redemption price in France.

On the other hand the price 5,6 euros / Wc is completely obsolete. In Belgium, the installed price has gone from 2008 to 2014 at wholesale prices (from 6 euros / Wc to 3!)

NEVER give in to the proposals of a spontaneous seller but always go through a tender.

On the other hand, I always thought that in terms of PV you should not borrow, but possibly put the money you have, because then it is a good investment.
In Belgium, the market collapsed last year as the conditions for granting green certificates changed. Hundreds of individuals found themselves cheated. on the other hand, prices have dropped.

Remember that YOU are the customer: you have to lead the game. And don't believe the installer when he talks about the cost of labor: most of the time, it is syldavians or "loose Bolkenstein" borders that climb on your roof!

No. The map is approximate. It traces the "deposit" in broad outline, without taking into account "micro-climates".

In plain Alsace, we are at 1 000 kWh / kwc on an installation of 80 kWc / 600 m² which now has 6 or 7 years of monitoring.

Last year, in fact, it was less ...

The redemption price depends on the integration or not, and a bonus for "European" equipment ...

http://www.les-energies-renouvelables.e ... -2011.html

It is revised quarterly. Regularly on the decline since one of the elements of the calculation, the price of the material, decreases ... It is thus normal.

if that can reassure you, I almost did the same bullshit, ie pay much more expensive installation of 2 KWc than 3 KWc, if the commercial had had all blackboards ... j ' would have signed without taking the time to go for a ride on the forums...
In addition to the GPEPP guide, well lead his PV project, and the experience gained during my installation PV serve me today and have already avoided me to be plucked in another project because of the marbles there is good obviously not only in the PV.

Alas, triple alas. This society is anything but the Sun Dream : Twisted:
You paid 10k € far too much for your 2 kWc (given your production) :(
The company has made 0,8M € profit in 2011 thanks to you (we understand why)
