Need advice insulated attics

Hello, I need your advice to redo the insulation of a house built around 1985 and located in the south of France.
It remains attic fifteen ldv and would have liked to replace the cellulose wadding. The attic is ventilated and healthy. There is no floor but the hangers attached to the joists on which is placed the plasterboard.

By cons they are partitioned and now I have access to only part of the attic.
So I thought go through the roof by removing the tiles but the roof is made of corrugated metal siding tiles.

Good evening, in fact the roof is entirely in corrugated iron and they have glued (not always by the way) over tiles on the "high waves" to make it look more like a roof. I see it frequently, I currently live in hlm and it is the same system.
