here is two hours that above vitrival belgium this pass an electro magnetic cloud

relatively warm, electric weather at this time of the year

is this normal?

well we know there was a thunderstorm last night, but what do you call an "electromagnetic cloud"?

in front of my house there is an electric pole
and once the cloud descends and forms a fog this pole made an electric arc between the lamp and the cable
