Bonus energy or investment bonus?

by chatelot16 » 13/03/13, 00:42

Hello

what gas plant are he inventing?

at least a real gas plant it's gas ... this intellectual masturbation to encourage economics those who can not do anything that disgusts me

it blew faster down
http://www.usinages.com/post578391.html#p578391
But the result is the same

it is necessary to oppose these stupidities and to ask the government to do is real work: to build the energies of the future

nuclear power plants were not built alone! it was necessary to invest public money ... the results followed

for the energies of the future it's the same you have to build! not unnecessarily tampering with tariffs

We are talking about a bonus malus on what exactly (sorry I did not follow the news of the day ...) there?

If it's about electricity we talked about it already ... in 2008:
https://www.econologie.com/forums/rumeur-une ... t6159.html but more recently 2012 end: https://www.econologie.com/forums/tarifs-pro ... 12003.html (subject already well provided in arguments concerns all energies of the house)

it is said on television ... it seems that the parliament voted and that the next step is the senate

I find it a bit weird that there was no info before

it concerns all the energy ... even with a correlation according to the regions ... in the kind to make pay more the energy in the region where it is less cold

it is quite following this subject
https://www.econologie.com/forums/tarifs-pro ... 12003.html

I did not hear about it anymore I thought it was forgotten

No. The law had been adopted by the National Assembly, then retoquée by the Senate end 2012 (from memory).

She returned to the National Assembly, which adopted it definitively.

In French law, the parliament has the last word. If the Senate amends a law, it goes back to the National Assembly.

The law is adopted. It remains to wait for the texts of application (decrees, etc ...) multiple laws voted are never applied, for lack of texts of application, I even think I read one day that it is 1 / 3! !!).

Su your energy consumption (electricity).

We set a "reasonable consumption" according to the region, the composition of the family, etc ...

If you're below, fine. Above you are classified "gloiton" and you pay more. This "penalty" serves to "improve" the social tariff (a subsistence minimum, sold at a price lower than the tariff, pir certain categories of consumers) ...

The principle is very simple. I can not wait for the real application !!!

Gas plant, it is the UMP that says it. Yet they have introduced the bonus / malus ecological favored Diesel and small cars imported from the Czech Republic (C1, 107), Slovenia (new Twingo) or Slovakia (I believe, new VW Up) ...

Question "gas plant", after the skirt, they know a lot!

For a "digestible" summary:

http://www.lemonde.fr/planete/article/2 ... _3244.html

For me, everything is far from bad or zero! [but we are not going to repeat the debate we had about the "carbon tax": to do - more or less well - or to do nothing ????? How to get out of nuclear power if we do not start to encourage savings ?????? I would be sad that econology does not go further than a Cope in his comments!]

the initial idea remains good. provided to accompany behind. I explain: a concrete example: a couple of small wins who is struggling to pay just the food already. They refuse to sell their colander house, which would allow them to have help with the children, because they refuse the risk of being on the street with the kids. To insulate the colander house, they would need 50 000 euros. Owners, they have no help. They can not heat, and are content with gas bottles for cooking.
This situation affects millions of people in France.
next to a bettencourt will not have the same worries and can be a passive house, then enjoying a very interesting rate given its level of isolation of barracks.

What remains to be done is to create a system of assistance so that the money actually goes where it will be most useful: to isolate colony houses from those who can not afford to pay.
