And how much does it consume on standby?

In standby no idea ... the consumption of the standby led (0.06W)?

According to the instructions, the maximum power consumed is 3W but with an "intelligent" load ... therefore which is cut on 2 parameters: battery voltage and timer ...

I would have to plug an amperemeter on it occasionally ... but surely not expect a spectacular overall energy efficiency I think ...

It does not prevent it is a torch of very good quality ...
