it's back to school (as soon as we didn't realize it) my little boy's first back to school and I'm already freaking out ...

lice...

I read that the essential oil of almonds was a good repellant, that this HE was one of the few that could be used as is.
a drop behind the ears and on the head and hop no lice
on the other hand for the little ones it is better to dilute
1 tablespoon of oil (sweet almond or other) with 3 drops of lavender he

have you tested? is it effective?
other recipe?

Remember in my youth the anti lice shampoo that stank a lot ... so if lavender can replace them it's all economic benefits!

Speaking of back to school, I just wrote an article entitled: Back to school and sustainable supplies

Hi gab.
We bought last year for our little girl and for her first year of kindergarten lavender vinegar packaged in a small aluminum bottle. As the class was entitled to lice for a few weeks, we put it, undiluted, behind the ears and in the neck. Is this a fluke or has lavender vinegar been effective? in any case, she escaped from these babies.
As Christophe suggests, who speaks of a "stinking" product, the chemicals we put on our children's heads are not trivial. They are also pesticides, which reminds me of the post on bees that we rid of mites with acaricide.
Our poor mouflets will be attacked enough by pollution of all kinds without having to add more. So better try natural preventive methods.

After shampooing, rinse the hair with very, very diluted vinegar.
Of course, the white vinegar, or the beefy vinegar, "homemade" with the leftovers of turned bottanches, may not please ...
But there is apple cider vinegar.
Vinegar, raspberry flavored ...
The one with onions, for the diehard ... : Lol:
