I am told that there is a program to help low-income people - insulation thermostats, etc. I am a city councilor for the city of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and I would like to circulate this information to our citizens, can you send me information not email.


Has anyone heard of such help?

No I don't know but it's an interesting idea and it would be much smarter than bullshit like "transport tickets" for motorists to help them pay for their expensive gas ...
