Evolution (upward) of CO2 emissions among Frenchmen 1990-2010

Small infographic made by Carbone 4 on the evolution of French CO2 emissions by type of emission ...

For me it is neither a revolution nor an evolution but rather carbon regression!

I am quite surprised at the small share of housing construction ... because building a new house is the equivalent of 20 to 40 years of CO2 emissions to light and heat it (depending on its level of insulation, its design ...) ... so there is something wrong ...

You should open a separate thread.
I have traveled and I find that conceptions in economic matters are weak ... but we can discuss them.

Corporatism as a solution to RC, it is on the contrary the source of conflicts.
You're right Ahmed, it must be the subject of a separate subject.
