For northerners like me, you probably noticed that the month of July 2012 was particularly rainy, surely many rain records in perspective!

So what's going on ??? What's going on? (wink to the unknown) ...

I have not found any global specialist analysis yet ... if anyone has ...

I have a colleague who comes back from the UK ... he speaks (English) of decalling the start date of Olympics because of the climate ... seems that the Gulf Stream has shifted a few (hundreds?) kilometers

It is not only in the state that it is very dry, here we also have this problem besides I have never seen so little water in the river Chaudiere located half a kilometer from home!
