Request for information on the ECOPRA water doper

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone has information on the marketing, by the Coopérative Ouvrière de Production Region Auvergne (COPRA in La Combelle), of the "water dopeur, economiser ECOPRA"?

This cooperative sent me a quote as well as an assembly instructions for the "ECOPRA Kit". This one is sold 750 euros HT (for a 205 diesel) is 39.02euros TTC / month over 24 months (warranty 2 years).

Having no experience in the matter, I would like to have information on the price-quality ratio of this kit and especially on its efficiency (in terms of reducing pollution and fuel consumption).

It's expensive to save money!
According to the latest news, they use a Hypnow reactor (hypnow.fr), which already costs € 360 including tax.

At this price (900 €), making 10.000Km per year, and consuming 6L / 100, it takes about 6 years to amortize it. And admitting that it saves 20% ...
