Hello everyone, I am doing a market study for my Job and I would like a little information that I cannot find!

Is it illegal to market, sell and use a machine that produces biofuels?

Absolutely not: if you're talking about a HVB press, it exists and is available over the counter. Farmers have the right to produce their HVB and use it on the farm.

Biothenol, there, I dry. Should take over the law (an agricultural orientation law of 2007, from memory) to see if it is specified HVB (I fear).

Anyone has the right to make their rapeseed oil, to filter it and to make donuts with ...

We sell lots of things completely legally that we are not allowed to use: unlicensed exhaust pipes (officially, for competition on circuits), CD or DVD duplicating machines (officially, for YOUR CD and DVD to you, on which you have the rights ...) ... Etc ....
