It's just hogwash, and here's why:
1) a carburetor engine will consume nothing less without changing the carburetor throws.
2) injection engines will consume less simply because it fools the electronics, the injection of water vapor will deceive the oxygen sensors, which can result in overconsumption of fuel or a drop if the module is adaptive but it can create premature wear of the top of the cylinder and the segments, in addition to overheating the exhaust manifold and making it cracked.
3) On diesel engine a simple injection of steam will reduce consumption without all the tralala.
Do not take people for idiots, many tried to promote the same product without success.

I do not work for any oil company and just like you I want to save oil, but if you care so much about the environment, why not give free plans like many do and really serve the planet.
There is a lot of way to save oil but I have never seen a functional hydrolyser.
A high quality synthetic oil, an anti-friction metalisor and good maintenance give such a good performance.
