Customs clearance at meth'eco

by abyssin3 » 22/08/08, 10:45

Customs make a visit to an installer of bi-fuel kit for vegetable oil:

At a time when there is talk (miroite) of legalizing vegetable oil in France for private vehicles. It is unprecedentedly cowardly.
To wonder if it is not to clear the ground before the oil is legalized. It was already rumored that the companies that collect used oil do not like small independent recyclers. Well to top it all they start to clean the ground at the level of kit installers ...

I'm ready to bet that there will be no echo of that in the media ...

I would like to see the text of the law or customs decree which notes that it is prohibited to sell ... hoses, fuel pumps, plate exchangers !!!

In other words: the procedure seems to me OUTSIDE THE LAW ... unless Meth'Eco has made other activities less worthy?

I hope they have a good lawyer ... I can't wait to find out more ...

no but as usual: they stop his activity, understand everything: he can do nothing, even if it is within his rights he will have to prove it.

ditto to run in oil or mow GMOs ... in addition the association Oliomobile provides lawyers.

whose next round?

Well let's start with all its competitors !!

Not without dec I think the customs have "something else" ...

Because if it is for the sale of spare parts, they will also have to seize PSA and Renault ...

There is nothing on the site: http://metheco.fr/news.html

You are on the news ... it would not be a publicity stunt ... because if it happened to me, the first thing I would do is this: inform my customers !!

If the info is founded, instead of metheco I would contact the MEDIAS to do a nice little report as some did for the nettle manure at the time!

I will also contact the CNIL because of the entry of the client file.

This is not because we always said that it is impossible that we should not try :)

Back to "biofuels, biofuels, biofuels, BtL, non-fossil alternative fuels ..."
