Creation of wood pellet buying group in Rouen

Hello,
We want to form a group to buy wood pellets in bags in the Rouen region.
The first order of quality pellets, NF or DIN + exclusively, with home delivery, is scheduled for next winter (Sept Oct 2010).
With a colleague, we take care of contacting the suppliers in order to obtain an attractive price.

Our approach is obviously voluntary.

I remain available for any further information.
