It is a "different" version of the vortex towers which we have not already mentioned here: https://www.econologie.com/forums/tours-aero ... t3801.html
Summary: https://www.econologie.com/tour-solaire- ... -3497.html
I recently had an article on the destruction of Dresden in February 1945: the allies had used a "diabolical" and unstoppable technique to destroy the city at a lower "cost" (in a bomb).
This consisted in creating a "natural" vortex in the center of the city fed by the combustion of the latter. It was therefore a self-sustaining fire in the center of the city by "katabatic" winds (hot version).
At the height of the fire the wind (radial in relation to the city center) to maintain the fire had a speed of 150 km / h! The wikipedia article doesn't talk about this "technique" at all: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombardement_de_Dresde

You could cite your sources on this article about the destruction of Dresden.
This is somewhat reminiscent of the climatic weapons experiments that some suspect of being used by the USA (HAARP project) (cyclones over New Orleans and Burma in 2008).
The biggest problem concerns the dissemination of this information by relays of questionable credibility ...

Source ? An article in "Battle" from 2005 I could scan it if you want? It looks pretty serious as a magazine: http://batailles.histoireetcollections.com/
Here is the number in question: http://batailles.histoireetcollections. ... -2005.html
Nothing to do with Haarp ... It's just a technique to easily destroy a city ...
