Hello
I have one.
I am not very satisfied with it.
It turns on a weather vane on my roof.
No more propellers. I lost the propeller nut.
She toasted me a GTI of 600w per stormy day.
Starting the original propeller is difficult.
I had changed the propeller model to larger.

I read that for a house you need no vis à vis less than 30 m otherwise it makes turbulence, me it is for a motorhome by the sea

Yes and 30m is minimum. Otherwise it is very sporadic.
I equipped my parents' motorhome with 90w solar and pwn 30A regulator.
It is ideal with all LED lighting.

Otherwise for you the Rutland would be perfect. Small and efficient.
It is the most seen on sailboats.
