Hello,
I am looking for a micro hydraulic turbine, easily transportable, which could produce in the 30 watt and weigh in the 5kg maximum. It would be used in a torrent for example.
Do you know if this type of turbine exists commercially?
Thank you in advance

Hello Lebmachin,
With a quick search on google, here is what I found:

slut,
you don't plug it on the torent you pedal , otherwise just make a small paddle wheel for example.
https://www.econologie.com/forums/une-micro- ... t6495.html
For 30 wa my opinion in the trade and after taking a quick look on the net well it is not won, for there is manufacturing there must be a gold sales potential for 30 w ????
here for example
http://www.energiedouce.com/hydro-turbine.html
first small machine 500 w
Otherwise remains the proposition of Lejustemilieu a solar panel .

30W of solar panel are not at all equivalent to 30W of turbine
when the turbine is plugged into a stream that has sufficient flow and elevation, it produces the power expected day and night: very good for recharging at night the batteries that were emptied during the day
the photovoltaic produces only during the day, when the batteries are used ... it is therefore necessary to have a larger number of batteries to charge certain the day while we use other
the peak power indicated is never reached ... there is no sun every day: to produce as much as the 30W turbine you need rather 300wcrete and it is not even on

Again, the same question
What is it for?

Thank you for these responses.
The goal is to be energy self-sufficient during expeditions led by the High Mountain Military Group. We already use solar panels, but would like to use hydro power
