Hello,
I am with the Military Group of High Mountain (GMHM), which during its expeditions must be autonomous in energy. In particular, it must recharge a certain number of devices (cameras, cameras, computers, gps, etc.). It currently uses solar energy only, but intends to have a wind installation.
Do you know what is best in terms of mini wind turbines? I am looking for an easily transportable wind turbine, the lightest possible (up to 6kg in total, maximum), with the best W / kg ratio.
For the moment, the "domestic" wind turbines that I find on the internet, are either too heavy (made for a fixed installation), or "gadget".
thank you in advance for your help

I would try to look at the models of boats ...
For example this model which weighs 5 kg for a power of 25 to 90W (depending on the wind speed).

a transportable wind turbine will be even heavier than a fixed wind turbine: a fixed wind turbine is made to be installed in the rule of art and does not need to resist the elea of transport assembly and disassembly repeated
the efficiency of a wind turbine depending on the height of the mast ... not easy to transport

I think that we are not in a problem of need to cover, but in a case where each additional Wh participates in increasing the duration of the mission in autonomous, provided that the wind turbine does not become a crippling handicap for the mobility.
So the power would be: as much as possible for a given weight / size (as well expressed lebgmhm).

You should first know how much watt hour you need.
wrong question! watt hour does not exist
How much watt for how long each day?
Anyway, solar or wind, it is not reliable.
Knowing that a human being can provide 100 w, the best would be a manual dynamo, especially if the camp has to move.
