This method allows to meet the following criteria:
STRENGTH by the use of steel as skeleton, removing the risk of cracking and crumbling. This skeleton is protected against heat and cold on the one hand, against humidity and salinity of the air on the other, by a patented concept.

interressante idea, but nothing new in principle, and already put into practice by hundreds of people in France, have autoconstruit an ecological habitat, passive, etc.
ESC solar heating, walls ,, whirlwind heat exchanger air / air and air / water, VMC, Canadian well, air isolation or empty air, or recyclable materials, metal frame with wood or straw covering or earth or natural composites, green roof ,, recovery of rainwater and purification by micro filtration + storage, energetics autonomy: photovoltaic, micro wind power, unit of methanization, solar oven ..... etc etc
this is already put into practice around the world, séparement or simultaneously (in my case, and all for € 55000).
the only "new" thing is the assembly in 1 day, but it does not take into account the time spent in the factory for the manufacture of the components.
But what "bothers" me is the notion of "patent", which implies "trade" and therefore has nothing to do with a forum as econology ...... or the dominant spirit is to exchange knowledge or experience for free.
But the idea remains in interressante noncommercial approach

I m'interresse much to the economic construction method, because it is obvious that the current structure is too expensive for some
the stacking of standard and regulations prohibit making economic housing

For me = patent protection.
I am a retired industry and I've realized that the prices in the building are overvalued versus industry and certain practices do not match the needs and the aspirations of fiturs buyers.
That's why I take my retirement to propose solutions, not being validated by the CSTB, can not fail to interest the self-builders.
Ce forum must accept to admit that other practices and techniques exist to build solidly, healthily, quickly and cheaply.
Nothing is invented, it is the use of techniques and materials that have proved their effectiveness, which I apply to buildings.
The prefabrication allows to design items with maximum care, for example, still air the humidity is more feasible than on site.
One truck equipped with a crane, is enough to carry all the elements to assemble a T4 of 90m2 by 6 1 people in day.
I did not infuse science but only an experience I graciously put at the youth service because it is unacceptable to jeopardize its existence and education of children by financial constraints that are helpful in anything.
A house is 8000 times simpler to manufacture than a car, and it is sold 10 times more.
Support the work of all of those who denounce these practices.

The real estate prices can not be compared with those of Willy industry because in the first case, which determines the cost is the location.
A studio in Paris can sell over 100 000 €, while for the same sum may have a house with 150m2 ground in Allier!

I sent you some sketches of the construction process.
There 3 stationary air layers:
- Behind the façade, ilpermet capture solar calories returned by PMI covering the frame, protecting the temperature differences and humidity and salinity of the outside air.
- Behind the plasterboard, it is a heat cushion that can be heated or cooled in the part concerned. The AMT prevents leakage of heat to the outside, while protecting the steel structure against fire hazards and humidity of indoor air.
- Within the metal frame, ensures the stability of the latter because it is not influenced by changes in temperature inside or outside.
This type of construction does not pretend to replace traditional masonry construction or timber frame.
It allows young people to enter the labor market without breaking their budget, while having a solid habitat, which will not crack, in which he can live healthy, away from moisture, heat and cold, cost, enjoying the free recovery of rainwater and solar calories in order to economically provide air conditioning habitat.
They can then build their home mason or carpenter, built in the rules of art.
Industrial construction streamlines production costs and ensure quality workmanship.
For me even a quadriplegic can be Autoconstructeur.
