Hello,
I would like to build in wood but I can not solve some technical aspects.
I would like an achievement taking into account the following elements:
- good insulation (R = 4)
- breathable walls
- no vapor barrier
- possibility to directly coat the interior walls with lime or
earth for aesthetic appearance (stucco)
- lime plaster (instead of a wood cladding)
- protection of wood against insects, molds
- no withdrawal phenomena
I had thought of a lime / hemp concrete on all the external walls but:
- it's not too insulating
- it does not have much inertia
- it's a long time to implement
The earth / straw flooding disturbs me for the phenomenon of shrinkage and the risk of mold contaminating the wood frame.
would you have some leads?
Thank you
Wood Construction: breathable walls, lime plaster, without pv
