Selection of species based on their nutrient intake

by Carl » 26/10/17, 09:05

Hello everybody

here is an interesting article with a very attractive title: "An apple of 1950 is equivalent to 100 apples of today", but which seems to have solid foundations (cf. studies cited)

What do you think ?
Do you have any cash to advise?
Any advice to give in the choice of varieties?
