Tire Consumption and Pressure: Over-inflation to?

Tire pressure plays an important role in consumption.
We leave the overhaul and our tires were under inflated (1.6 / 1.7 instead of 2.2 / 2.4 anyway) ... I know I'm ashamed to have left tires in this state ...... not typed not typed!
But these tires have 18 months: they are snow tires that have served only 1 season ... so I did not think it could lose so much in these conditions ... me.
The guy put us 2.4 everywhere, since we consume 10% less according to the on-board computer ...
My question is simple: up to how much can you "exceed the recommended pressure" while remaining "secure"?

It depends on a lot of parameters ... The summer I would say 0.5 before 0.3 rear..But blunder cold and under the fleet ... Winters touch po a ca ptit con ...

From what I read, the pressure advocated by car manufacturers is a noise-comfort-consumption compromise.
For safety, it is necessary to limit yourself to the pressure indicated in PSI on the tire itself.
I have already climbed up to almost 3 bar, of course it feels at the level of comfort.
EDIT: same, I only do this summer ...

Another element: it promotes abnormal wear, in the middle of the tread of the tire (the latter being slightly more "bulging"), which will lead you to replace it faster - or to pay VPs.

Yes I also think that the "precaunisé" pressure is the compromise pressure ... I would add 2 other parameters:
"noise-comfort-consumption + safety / grip + tire wear".
All this to say that the checking of the pressure is often neglected ... I am the living proof of it ... I just realized that I was wasted by pure stupidity (do not check the pressure when I mounted the snow tires 4 months ago) about 25 L ... it's still 1 / 2 full is 450-500km ... !!
ps: the pressure indicated on the tires would not be the "burst" or "maximum load not to be exceeded" pressure? because a tire can be mounted on different vehicles which do not have the same mass ...

Uh you speak over or under inflation? Because the under inflation uses much faster than the sur ...
Are there overfill PVs? I thought for the sub ...

the over inflation of 200 grams is a maxi
after, tire wear on the central band and road holding less because the contact surface decreases
on wet road the phenomenon is accentuated

yes but Belgium is not the savoie or there is a turn all 100 m
with my xiantia I do 45 000 km and it's not bad.
..but the grandpa does not roll like the beetles .....;

ps: we are not really in Belgium but in the Belgian Ardennes ...
and then a lot of the km of the twingo had been made in France ... but hey we will not spread my privacy huh!
