On the right of the photo is a vertical axis wind turbine '' DIY '' can be with pieces of metal biocide.
On the left, no idea.

Richard arel is a prolific Canadian inventor whose prototype that would not deny
Rudy, and which is apparently a "superunitary" system by imbalance of masses on retractable arms (perhaps this
pattern). Since then, he has moved towards an engine with a more obscure operation, "with a multiplier effect" (?).

No, Armand, the camera on the picture does not match your reference (but the same character).
We notice that the arms see their lengths change under the effect of the elliptical track, which is supposed to maintain a permanent imbalance and turn the whole in the anti-clockwise direction: it is obviously a pure illusion which, it works perfectly if you want to believe it!

Ah yes again a funny! It is a machine (that of the photo of this subject) that will transform the energy of the wind into elliptic movement ... uh no rather of potato form (potatoes) ... it is useless but kinematically c 'is interesting !

I think, like Moinsdewatt et Armand, that they are two separate devices and that their respective operations (?) do not interfere at all.

Project straight out of the Arel kitchen !!! Do not go to his site because there is the message: "BACK SOON! WILL BE BACK SOON!" (we have a banquet to prepare). He may be a good cook.
In the photo, on the left, an attempt to move an ax carrying a weight on a long lever in the left part, counterbalancing the same weight on a short lever in the right part. The whole thing is to launch it. Besides, I do not understand why he does not turn himself. May be because of the friction of the wheels on the tracks pushing the weights towards the center and the friction along the levers of the cells carrying the weights ????
