Hello everybody

Pascal Ha Pham told me in 2011 that he had asked the professor in Thermodynamics, Mr Descombes from the CNAM “Thermal engines” chair to publish the “Radial turbine” in one of his books and I replied that Professor Descombes m 'had already contacted in this regard, to send him documentation, more than 10 years ago.

Now I have just discovered that an explanation has been given in a book entitled: Moteurs-Non-Conventionales
