Hello
Extract from the FIA projects for the 2011 regulations.
Efficiency of the motor:
This measure aims to limit the power of the motor through a limitation of the maximum energy flow. So there will be some restrictions that could include the use of a turbo and some energy recovery systems. The FIA thinks that this could improve the thermal efficiency of the engine by at least 20%.
