by rachel » 09/05/06, 14:54

Hello
I signed up as a member, activated my account, etc.
But I cannot download the documents reserved for members. How to do? Is this normal?
Thank you
Rachel

Can you give us your OS and browser to get started?

Then did you download Adobe Acrobate reader?

OKAY.
do the following test: find a .pdf file on your disk and double-click it. Does Acrobat reader open?

PS: which version of Internet Explorer?

Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0.4 easily opens my many .pdf files
Internet Explorer version 6.0.2900.2180
