So in fact if I understood correctly you send in the fuel dircetement your water / gasoline mixture, it goes in the reactor and GO towards the combustion chamber. But how can a fuel which must be within 5 to 8 mm in diameter make a mower or other engine run? (not enough fuel ....) :?:

PS PITMIX: I watched your video from the pantonized chopper to the bubbler, it seems to work properly! Congratulations ! :P :P :P

Hello
A little advice made from Abro works the panton just with gasoline, the water you will see later.
master the vales and controls on gasoline, you know this assembly on an engine it's a bit like at the time of the Ford T
it was necessary constantly fiddling with joysticks to run these petrolettes .. Even the ignition advance was by hand.

a carburetor with a hole of 8 mm is too big it is 4mm to 3,2 mm in diameter at the nozzle or one of reduced model almost close
What goes into the carburetor is little air and lots of fuel, a mixture so rich that it cannot ignite in the hot reactor, a gas comes out at the end of the reactor and this gas must be mixed with air at this place to get the right mixture, a panton does not escape the same rules of richness to make your engine work well a valve is used to control the intake air.
Look at the photo it takes at least 2 valves
go take a look at the pages of David the principle is still like that for a 100% panton ..

Hello
Listen to what André says to you and no it is not the water and the gasoline / air which pass in the fuel, but in the reactor yes.
Do as André tells you. First try just petrol, once it runs well like that adds water vapor between the petrol carburetor and the reactor by a Tee or Y connection.

Hi you know Pitmix, if I ask questions it is not by default listening but because I did not understand! The messages from André and others seem clear to you, but when you've never tackled the problem, I assure you that you don't get it right the first time. However, I have read and reread the pages of the site before registering for the forum and get started in building the system but I still need help! Thank you

No problem
I say that because in fact I too struggled and I still struggle.
The advice I give you is to read what André writes.
Even if you don't understand everything now you will understand more.
I too have asked questions and even several times when the answer had already been given to me. I continue to do it just see my post on the Golf or the R5.
I even saw photos of other montages that I managed to decipher several months later.
You have to look at André's photos for example and redo diagrams so that you understand in your own way.
It requires personal investment but that's also how you will move forward.
It's not easy to help someone over the phone, so imagine using text messaging, it's even worse.
In fact the advantage is that things are marked black on white so you can come back to them whenever you want.
Good luck

OK good luck
In fact the hardest part is to throw it. Once you're in the bath it rolls by itself (so to speak : Cheesy: ).

Hello everyone !

The pantone assembly on the tiller advances, the reactor is finished it remains to connect the assembly (bubbler, reactor, ...) I balance the photos:

https://www.econologie.com/fichiers/partager/motocult3.jpg

https://www.econologie.com/fichiers/partager/motocult4.jpg

Here’s the beast !!!
For the wheels don't worry it's not original !!! : Lol: it is used as a small tractor on occasion. As for the combi that we see in the background on a photo will be the next step if all goes well, with water doping to the key : Cheesy: : Cheesy:

However there are still 1 or 2 points on which me and my father (owner of the tiller and mechanic of career : Cheesy: ) we wonder. Indeed when starting an engine equipped with a 100% pantone, how does it start? Since there is no more carburetor there is no direct gasoline supply, so there is no explosion, so no exhaust gas transforming our water / gasoline mixture into vapor, therefore no vapor fuel to arrive in the combustion chamber, therefore no explosion ect, ect .... In addition the descent of the piston (caused when starting by the starter rope) will not be enough to suck the vapors of our fuel? (which will be minimal since the engine will not be started) : Cry: : Cry: : Cry: How can we stop this vicious circle?

Finally my jerry can used as a bubbler with a 2 cm diameter cap, how to make an effective bubbler which will necessarily be less than 2 cm in diameter to be able to pass through the cap? I had thought of simply using my copper conduit (which comes from the exhaust) of 14 mm in diameter and piercing it with a multitude of small holes on the last 5 or 7 centimeters which will be immersed in the water / gasoline liquid . What do you think ?

Hello
If you put fresh gasoline in the bubbler so that it starts
simple evaporation at room temperature will be enough to start it.
Once it has turned 10min it will stop on its own.
The gasoline vapor will have been consumed and you will have a viscous and whiteish product in the bubbler, mixture of water, exhaust gas and heavy gasoline product.
The engine cannot be restarted unless fresh fuel is refilled.
Hence our advice to install a parallel carburetor with a water bubbler, because in the first configuration the engine runs only thanks to gasoline vapor.
Watch my little video.
The first images the engine turns on gasoline vapor whereas I have just put some in the tank.
There is 50% water and 50% gasoline.
What goes into the engine is 100% of the gasoline vapor.
At the 2nd minute I start after adding hot engine water. At the 5th minute I add more water and there is white smoke coming out of the pot.
I think the container was hot enough to start evaporating the water and there I think the reactor was really working.
To avoid putting gasoline back into the cold engine bulb, I would also start by putting three drops directly into the cylinder.
video of my pantone 100% : Cheesy:

Until now all the engines with "naudin type" mounts (mower) that I have seen had kept the original carburetor and sucked pantone gas through the carburetor.
So there were no problems with starting ...

When the reactor hangs, you can clearly hear the engine accelerating and then cut off the fuel supply to the carburetor. :D

Once hot, you can turn off and restart easily (sometimes playing a bit on the air valves) only with pantone. : Mrgreen:
