one more hypothesis that I submit to you:

the reactor ionizes the water vapor, this water vapor breaks large drops of fuel, super spraying, lower consumption and pollutants.

the fact that stainless steel is effective could be explained by the fact that it is the material least able to interact with ionized water vapor (to give it electrons). stainless steel is designed not to react chemically with a third party (no oxidation)

if we go in this direction we should not have copper piping after the reactor so as not to "de-ionize" the steam too much ...

I plan to make my venturi out of boxwood supplied by a copper pipe wrapped around the reactor ...!
