The article only addresses one "problem", that of overconsumption of water.
But in my post, I also pointed out that we came to an erroneous conclusion on the "profitability" of CESI. The more one "wastes", the more, in good faith, the calculations will show that a CESI is "profitable" (in the sense of "one recovers the stake ...").
So Schüco is perhaps more insidious than you think: if they manage to influence behavior and ensure that in summer everyone empties their balloon ... they will have plenty of customers who will attest that their CESI is profitable (because by calculating what it "would have cost", that would be a lot!).
