Bigre, why is there no forum "real estate and works (new or renovation)"on econology?

The theme is very strongly related to energy consumption ... and renovate is even save money, provided that we are well trained / advised ... (not to do nonsense ... )

After that, obviously forum heating and insulation but the renovation is not only that ... and there are already some subjects which are passed in connection with "rather heavy" works ...

We could also give our opinion on the purchases / sales (often we think to make a good deal with an old building in renovation ... but in the end we will never arrive, even if the work is very well done, to a thermal comfort of a new building ... for different reasons)
