Bonjour à tous

Normally this is it:

http://rbmn13.waika9.com/Krebs_Flector.HTML

In practice, we apply the word to fairly different arrangements ... : Mrgreen: On the benches that I used, it was a stack of ten (?) Sheets of steel (kind foil) a few 1/10 mm thick in the shape of a ring pierced with 6 holes for training. (3 for brake side, 3 for ram side)

Better realized ... : Mrgreen: The assembly can accept very small angles in the shaft line by deforming between each drive holes. It also accepts a little more or less axial deformation and can rotate very quickly (22000 rpm) passing between 1000 and 2000 CV.

Christophe wrote:General remark: the more I (re) navigate in my training projects, the more I notice the huge mess that followed ... : Cry:

There is indeed an appalling waste of money and skills in France vis-à-vis its young engineers because its industrial fabric is totally torn apart and there is salvation only internationally for 90% of careers. .

This being the case, here is a nice universal joint which is indeed an "automotive" vocabulary.

If you put 2 connected by two "square" tubes (not round anyway) and coaxial, you do what you want. This is what is used on tractors between the PTO and the rotating implements at the rear of the tractor. Like that, we can raise and lower and adjust the "3 points" at will ... Finally, do not force too much on the gimbal angles because they start to "clack clack", (and if you insist too much, they can even fart), faith of a former peasant : Lol:

For the record, the name comes from its inventor named "Cardano" in 1545. Ingenious and mathematician!

Hi Rémundo, your gimbal is beautiful :D

What is this engine test bench where nobody is screwed to mount the coupling?

not very serious

I think it's a little experimental Gillier Pantone that young engineering students want to characterize by power measurements 8)

Here I put the doc online of my promo friend:
Study of the realization of an engine test bench

Sorry there is still a .doc, I could not convert it properly to .pdf because of the diagrams that went in bulk :(

Ah thank you strangely it fucked up the bronx less than the Open Office generator which had never posed a problem for me ...

Will replace the .doc

Edit: have it been replaced I would know for the rest that pdf creator is more reliable for diagrams :)

In fact, the designer of this prog is a smart one, pdf creator is added as a "virtual" printer and generates a pdf that does not bug (I did not succeed in any case : Lol: ), by generating a print file as if we were really going to print it.

And the other advantage is that you can use it in any application that has the "file -> print" buttons.

Select "pdf creator" as printer and send the soup !!! :D
