About the display of the last active posts 150

On the old forum there was a page with 150 last active messages. For the moment this page is not available on the new one.

The last messages listed are limited to 2 * 15 messages (1 15 by default on the home and to see the 15 30ieme, click on the small 2 in the top right of the box of the last messages.I just activated this function.)

Nevertheless, as quite a lot of you were using the last 150 message page, I am inquiring about the possibility of putting a similar one on the new forum.

Unfortunately for the moment I only found a solution that could display the last 30 on a page (which is the same as what is already in place) ... but I have not finished looking .. .In the last resort I will use RSS feeds but they are hidden (in the computer cache meaning not 100% in real time)

So here it is: would 30 messages be enough or you want more? (I always thought that 150 was a bit much but let's be crazy lol)!

15 immediately accessible messages, that's fine. It is comfortable in terms of visibility, especially as the option of the second page bringing this number to 30 does not penalize the possibility of a wider consultation.

Thank you, there's a little links bug when you go from the 2 page to the 1 page (link last message HS ...)
I therefore disable the 2 page until I have resolved ...

I am improving the navigation bar at the top of forums: I added an "Unread" link which points, for members, to all subjects where there are new messages that you have not read yet.

There is a nice "Exclamation Triangle" icon to make it more visible.

With this function, I do not know if a page of the last 150 messages is still needed. What do you think about it?

In addition, I can still add 1 (see 2 max) links in this navigation bar: what would you like to function ??

Big big better this "Unread" command.
I will see if the use on some times it replaces the last 150 titles without regrets.

In my opinion yes, only downside, it is limited to registered members and connected ... Are visitors asking to see the last X messages? I do not know ... and if so: register yourself ...
