What are the characteristics of passive houses?

I think to put in the walls of the panoleum GR32 coated kraft 140 mm thick so an 4.35 R + R of the brick.

On the ceiling in the 300 mm mm thick jetrock puffed stone wool casks with an 7 R

In the mezzanine party so traditional truss, IBR felt coated KRAFT 2400 mm thick.

Can it be enough to be in a passive house? if we need to improve?

Thank you

In the walls I think to put an insulation of 140mm with place therefore a coefficient of 4,35 + the coefficient of the brick.

In the permette part, a blown wool insulation of 300mm so a coefficient of 7

In the traditional frame part, a thickness of 240mm corn cons I do not know the coefficient.

What should be put as thickness as insulation on the ground?

With these characteristics, do I get closer to the passive house?

If not, what should be improved?

Thanks for your help

it is necessary, in addition to isolating well, to have a source of solar heat in winter, solar collectors, as with www.dlsc.ca storing wasted summer heat to heat the winter to compensate for the residual heat losses of the house !!
