This is happening in a shop that I know well and this union paper illustrates the general feeling and the methods used by the management:

Some time ago, they did an "Internal Image Study" according to an equivalent methodology and principles. Then some time later, all the employees were entitled to "restitution". Many employees were taken from hallucinations so much they were entitled to enormities balanced as pure truths and as luck would have it all the standards of the management were present at the meeting as being dictated by the respondents ....... who were chosen / designated .... on the flap of course service by service etc ...

When a new managerial practice arrives in a box, the employee, in particular the young one, often thinks that it is the result of the management team's cogitation, a specific innovation and made to measure by and for the company in question. . Nay! It's about fashion. "Agility" is the new managerial fad today. It is found everywhere (Orange, Aerospace, etc.).

Deploying new "solutions" as panaceas, by making the employees who are dragging their feet out of date, explaining to them that they are overwhelmed and must retrain, it is for the highest managerial level, to keep power in the handling of wage flock, and for the lowest level, an aid to the upstart by allegiance to the pundits of the thesis of the moment, often with excess of zeal, the small senior executive showing himself even more royalist than the king (and the worse is that sometimes, in their internal com ', they believe what they say!).
