What communiste? : Cheesy:

But +1 I would add:

It was communism which made Chernobyl "possible" and which brought down the USSR ...

But it is highly probable that Chernobyl accelerated (by a few years) the fall of the USSR ...

The nuke problem is not so much the accident in the power plant (all the same very improbable in France, I would say close to zero for a Cherno level gravity) than the waste ... see France contaminated with uranium: https://www.econologie.com/forums/la-france- ... t7045.html

Okay ... and does anyone have a nuclear risk map in France to define the area where the nuclear risk is the lowest?

As well as power plants from neighboring countries ...
It's not only in France that there are nuke power plants :!:

... a map which also takes into account the relief and the winds which will displace the radioactive cloud in the event of European Chernobyle

It is useless you know that radioactive clouds are forbidden to stay in France and systematically taken back to the border ... live in peace EDF, AREVA and the government are working for your well being .... a world without anxiety ... ... and without a future ..... : Cry: :frown: :? : Cry: :frown: : Evil:

Hi, a little up on this subject

Invitation to tender for 3000 MW of offshore wind turbine

Energy at sea is about to take hold on the territory. If so far, France was a pale figure in the European landscape led by the United Kingdom (1.341 MW) and Denmark (854 MW), today it intends to make its mark in this table by relying on its engineering and logistics skills, its port infrastructure and its geographic assets.

Thus, Nicolas Sarkozy gave, on Tuesday, the kick-off of a vast program including the installation of approximately 1.200 offshore wind turbines, or 6.000 MW by 2020. An ambitious plan whose amount is around 20 billion euros.

[] Buildings from 2015
The first areas, 533 km2, to benefit from this operation were selected to produce a maximum power of 3000 MW. This is Tréport (Seine-Maritime, Somme) - 110 km2, for a maximum power of 750MW; Fécamp (Seine-Maritime) - 88 km2, for a maximum power of 500MW; Courseulles-sur-Mer (Calvados) - 77 km2, for a maximum power of 500MW; Saint-Brieuc (Côtes d'Armor) - 180 km2, for a maximum power of 500MW; Saint-Nazaire (Loire-Atlantique) - 78 km2, for a maximum power of 750MW.

[]
According to the daily Le Figaro, several companies are interested in these different projects, including the German EON and the Swedish Vattenfall, but also French groups including EDF Energies Nouvelles and Alstom who would join forces to respond to a call for projects. GDF Suez also intends to make its voice heard through its subsidiary La Compagnie du Vent. .

To be compared with the Ollier amendment.
Let. One of the paragraphs of article 34 of the Grenelle 2 bill specifies:

« These installations must constitute production units with an installed power at least equal to 15 megawatts and composed of a number of generators at least equal to five, with the exception of those for which a request for a building permit has been filed before the date of publication of the law no. of the national environmental commitment ; ".

Clearly, this provision provides that a wind farm can only be authorized on two conditions: if its installed power is at least equal to 15 MW and if it has at least 5 machines. These two conditions are quite redundant. Except that the second is worse than the first because 5 wind turbines can represent, thanks to the evolution of techniques, a significant power, conversion that will not fail to make anti wind turbines .... Conclusion: the withdrawal of the first of these two conditions have no effect because the principle of a minimum threshold remains for future wind farms.

Only huge groups can carry projects as excessive as we prohibit sites under 15 MW.

For the tender, take the bet today that EDF EN will take the lion's share.

The Ollier amendment is in full operation.
