Here are drawings to explain even better the subprimes:
A few days ago, our trader-expert Mr Greed tried to explain to you how the current financial crisis started. A surfer, Dominique, on this occasion pointed out to us a small comic strip which had been circulating for a few months in the offices of the big banks of New York.
We do not know who is behind it; obviously, they are not designers. On the other hand, they would deserve the Nobel Prize for popularization, if the Swedish academy had the good idea to create it. For you, we have translated this comic into French.

For months and dozens of hours of blah, JT and daily newspapers have failed to explain the problem clearly during prime time or rather do not want to explain it ...
Pkoi? Because as much to say that "the stock market system is completely daubé" ...

1) I just made a new one: https://www.econologie.com/comprendre-la ... -3927.html
2) The .pdf version saved on econo (if the other one disappears): https://www.econologie.com/la-crise-des- ... -3926.html
3) Found this on the comments of Rue89, like what ... the story is an eternal restart:
Who saw him?

It is super well explained!
Almost in the same genre, there is this film: "Sugar" by J. Rouffio in 78, on speculative bubbles and the final and systematic scam of small porters, these assholes who believe they can compete with the big fish on the stock market.
Who saw him?

Hello gegyx
it does not matter, it is this same great economist who shows us the right path .... he has not had time to make subprimes to the French but to catch up, he takes care of granting the Xmilliards help to banqsters.

Reason is the madness of the strongest. The reason for the less strong it is madness.

not bad this comic, I like to read it again
I wonder why it is so difficult to regulate all this?
it is enough just to close the stock exchanges and to replace them by state banks, to put at zero all the State loans, to create value only on real goods and to change our way of consuming
in fact, I understand too well ...

"Consumption is similar to a search consolation, a way to fill a growing existential void. With, the key, a lot of frustration and a little guilt, increasing the environmental awareness." (Gérard Mermet)
