Hi everybody,

The proposals to install a solar device is real harassment at the moment. Whether on the phone, by email or even through doorstep selling, salespeople are on the lookout to place their products with promises they can never keep.
Above all, never sign anything (beware of order forms "disguised" as "study vouchers" or "application" which bind the signatory in an irremediable way).

If the deal is concluded, contact your bank rather than the loan companies they offer.

I do not believe.

This is true for a purchase at a fair, a "party" or a commercial exhibition, legally assimilated to a purchase in a store ... There, you simply NEVER have to SIGN ANYTHING ...

But not for a home sale, where there is automatically a right of withdrawal within 14 days.

But it must be done on time and in the forms : registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

when will we start to fight against the pollution of these crooks?

it's a real pollution ... as bad as someone who consumes a little too much energy

the pollution of these scammers discredits a good way to install real useful things ... but there are so many more scammers than sellers of useful things that it rots the situation

I have a lot of useful things to make ... but this kind of crooks rotted the market ... impossible to sell something by passing behind them

In the current system, profits are valued, regardless of the consequences on individuals or the environment.
The usefulness of a product or service does not matter, only profit counts.
As long as the world works like this, scammers will have a bright future ahead of them.
