Remundo,
it's clear, and that's what we find elsewhere:

The first call for tenders concerns photovoltaic plants on the ground. It covers a total capacity of 6000 MW. More precisely 1000 MW per year for 6 years. The second concerns photovoltaics "on buildings" and a volume of 450 MW per year over 3 years.

Yes Professor :P

but that does not change much the general idea that I developed.

it is not up to the stakes ... the non-renewal of the nuclear reactors will make decline the average power in France of several tens of GW.

Just to replace a single nuclear power plant, you should ask 10 GWc PV (not counting intermittent problems ...). And of course do not put everything on the record ...

Attention Remundo, there are nuclear power plants from 2 to 6 reactor in France ... suppose you mean 1 reactor, 1GW so ... well the ratio of 10 to 1 seems a little exaggerated ... 1 to 6 1 8 seems more fair ... averaged over the year of course!

No?

Otherwise it is a good political decision but I fear that it is reserved for mega projects ...

In other words the "little one" who wants to put 10 to 100 kWp at home certainly does not enter into these decisions ...

I use an 10 factor to quickly calculate the order of magnitude.

the exact factor, here is the calculation based on 1200 kWh / kWp and 8760 h in the year

1 kW / (1200 kWh / 8760 h) = 7,3

In the North we are close to 10 (1000 kWh / kWp: calculation 8.76), in the South (1400 kWh / kWp), rather 6 indeed.

I think that in order to understand correctly it is necessary to put energy quantities and not just an annual load factor (11% for the PV) and the 10 factor is largely exceeded because there is the case of the need and the night the winter.
To replace the French fleet it is necessary to the ladle 3000 km2 of PV is a square of 55 km of side or a department ... which is not feasible for the moment, because to concentrate everything in the same place would be an aberration (transport energy, same technology ...).
However these same 3000 km2 represents that 15% of the total surface of our roofs ...
Continue in logic, 3 billion m2 is at least 650 billion investment (without land) without being able to solve the problem of winter need and / or night and on a financial logic of the largest PV plant of Europe (the least expensive brought back to m2).
1 nuclear unit of 1 Gw is 1.5 billion euros (around 60 units in France) who arrive at the end of life ....
Our PV would cost 650 billion euros (20 years of defense budget) in a "broke" state (problem of the "broke" family who cannot do insulation work or buy a car. high-performance boiler which therefore uses the old toaster radiator ...) without reaching the goal of autonomy.
We must therefore individually sobriety, the efficiency of renewable and our industries innovation.

Ségolène Royal, it is also: the recycling of the porticoes, which one always waits ... The abandonment did not have anything to listen ... And of the fall of the tolls, which one always waits; we were going to see what we were going to see ... Well, we will forget the Charentaise electric car, which she had saved; we know how it ended

Call for tenders PV: 378 projects 100-250 kW selected for a power of 80,2 MW

05/07/2016

Energy Minister Ségolène Royal has just published a list of 378 winners for the second period of the tender for medium power photovoltaic installations from 100 to 250 kWc launched in March 2015, for a global power from 80,2 MW. The initial volume of 40 MW had in fact been doubled to 80 MW with the creation of a batch dedicated to installations on agricultural buildings (see our article). The average purchase price is 134,8 € / MWh.

This call for tenders concerns PV installations on buildings and parking shades. Successful projects should be completed from 2017. They represent 130 million euros of investments. The 3e period of applications for the tender will close the 21 July 2016.

The list of winners includes 183 projects for the lot dedicated to installations on all types of building and 195 projects for the lot dedicated to installations on agricultural buildings. According to the ministry's statement, the purchase price levels proposed by the candidates fell by 3% compared to the previous period. No additional details have been communicated for the moment.
