Good work!
:D

I notice that sparks rise up the granule feed nozzle, would not it be better to send some of the forced air into the nozzle?

What did you use as an ignition resistor?

The system is fairly easy to automate.

What counts you to use as heat exchange?
Heating the water the air or just placing it on a kettle ...

good work!

For automation, you can retrieve a control box oil,

You have what surface to heat? You did not explain the cicle cleaning the ashes ...

otherwise it's good .... power (6kw?) a small video burner "full gas hihi)

Will it work with shredded wood?

Great!! :P

slt
There is already an air passage on the intake nozzle, but as there is not yet the screw, when I open to refuel it comes out a little.

I will detail the cleaning today, it is very simple, 2 copper pipes at the base of the fireplace, a compressed air blow driven by a solenoid valve.

I will automate this with a zelio

The ignition resistance comes from a thermal stripper bricomerdo!

I must also add a high temperature probe, easier to set up than a photoresist (oil burner)

I recovered a fuel oil boiler for adaptation.
At power level, I do not know yet, when it turns on my boiler I would do some calculations and performance tests with a combustion analyzer.

Do not let the fireplace cover hold for long. You will have to plan to replace it easily and quickly.
But I like the concept DIY!

Given the type of screw I am amazed that it works, I rather used to see this kind of screw on a transport almost horizontal.
Given the speed of a wiper motor the flow is even pretty good!
It's good to know...
