Good progress on your side,
the dew point yes protect the heating body
on my side I am in reflection assembly burner on boiler I pull out the hair lol

your cast iron heater ok how are you going to assemble it?
for your worm I am taker of way of doing because my silo with "horizontal grain screw" system is not the best

To avoid a permanent footprint of the rails, you can consider making them foldable (against the front of the burner) or detachable ...
Your re-employment is a good example of resourcefulness; the welds are not very nice (lack of habit, probably), but it will do the "job". : Wink:

a bit of news from My side the burner works since 1 months for hot water production
I found on the right corner a zelio module really cheap he drives the whole thing wonderfully

Good evening everyone

Well, I'm worried : Evil: : Evil: with my heat gun resistance ignition system, the last one changed on Saturday just burnt
I think it's too hot because it's on the boiler unlike all my tests in the open air
goodbye ignition in less than 30 seconds
for the shots I lit with a soldering lamp to troubleshoot but I need I think a pellet stove candle system
and that I see my ignition program again

Do you know the operation of this one hot zone full of the candle or in point?
is it a problem if it affects pellets or how far should it be from pellets
