Hello,
I want to build a heat exchanger coil with tigger sauce (1000l plastic rainwater tank).
My question concerns the length to be expected for the purchase of copper.
How much should the total length and diameter of the copper be?
please

Ben impossible to answer without knowing what maximum power you have ...

serpentine
Hello
to give a quick quick response before disconnecting.
25metres of pipe in 20/22 in the round. (small correction)
maybe someone else can refine the length or the diameter.

heat exchanger
Here are two temperature exchangers, water water and the other refrigerant water. It is deformed by heat.

They are given for how many kW for which delta T ° and flow?
You sell them ??

25 meters.
No, I don't believe it.
I was thinking of 6 meters. 25 meters in diameter 20 how much does it cost?
in brico they sell by length of 3 meters in loop or 2m straight.
Welding, is it dangerous over time its risk of breaking with heat over time? I am wrong.
And the seamless connections, I do not know what it gives soaked in high temperature water.
it costs a fortune in pieces and length of cable.
Isn't the plate heat exchanger more economical?

the plate heat exchanger is very good, this is what is used in compressed air dryers, but it does not run the streets in the market accessible to individuals.
exchangers, I have seen them in fairs: 5 or 6 turns, 30 cm in diameter
solders: tin soda + 5% silver, that's fine, otherwise, if you can, acetylene oxygen soda, phosphor copper rod: this is what we use for our refrigeration machines: that's more than 10 bars! , sometimes 30. The guys are impressive to see: they heat the connection to red, remove the flame, place the rod, all by itself (fix: we inject a mixture of nitrogen with 5% hydrogen under low pressure for welding: afterwards, the inside of the tubes is nickel!)

Hello
A small plate heat exchanger costs around 300 euros
In this case a second circulator is needed to circulate the water in the tank, but this breaks the stratification.
It is rather used for heat exchange with the chlorinated water of a swimming pool which must not circulate in any material
A+

that's a hell of a pipe. Didn't you make a mistake? Can 25m of this coiled hose fit into a 1000l tank (dims = 1m X 1m X 1m ???)? There is no more 1000 l in the tank may much less once the pipe is inside?
By the way do you get watered by the rain while in front of your PC? are you connected to wifi on your terrace?
