The dairy cows is what gives the second zone meat which is used for minced steak for example ...

Well, I have a story:

It is the story of a big biftek and two small chopped steaks.
They walk around together and the 2 small chopped steaks decide to make a joke.
The biftek turns around and no longer sees them.
So he searches for them and ends up finding them.
The biftek: "Where were you, I was very afraid, I thought I had lost you ..."
And the small hamburger steak respond: "We hack steak !!!" : Lol: : Lol: : Lol:

Current "beef" meat is in fact mainly reformed dairy meat, most of the meats from "meat breeds", so young animals are in the high quality category like red, Charolais and label. .. therefore more expensive ... Source: my neighbor dairy farmer, not organic but without GMOs ...
